Copper and cold-rolled steel shielding components

 We can provide various specifications of shielding covers, inner and outer conductor shielding covers, as well as fasteners and connectors that require shielding function, made of copper and cold-rolled steel materials according to the usage environment and specific requirements. Copper has a conductivity second only to silver, and can efficiently reflect electromagnetic waves with a shielding efficiency of over 90dB. It can be made into complex structures (such as protrusions and hollow designs) through stamping, welding, and other processes to meet different usage scenarios. The advantages of cold-rolled steel are high strength and low cost, with a yield strength of ≥ 275MPa, suitable for load-bearing structures, and lower price than copper; Secondly, cold-rolled steel has good electromagnetic shielding function. By using cold rolling technology to increase density and combining with welded shell design, the shielding efficiency reaches 80-100dB. Widely used in fields such as mobile phone motherboard shielding covers and aerospace.
